KSV Calculator calculates the configuration and materials for monorail gates. Simply enter the dimensions above:
- Width A1 (cm)

Frame Calculation (T-profile)
Technical Parameters:
- Frame: B2 T-profile (60×40 + 30×20 mm).
- Reinforcements: B3 tube 30×20mm, step — 80 cm.
- Sheathing: corrugated board (wave height up to 15 mm).
Important! Frame height = B1 - X, where X is the height of the bottom roller.
Measure "X" physically after receiving the rollers to ensure accurate frame height.
Roller Installation
- 2 rollers: at the edges or with a 50–100 cm offset.
- 4 rollers: installed in blocks (pairs) on both sides.
Attention: Do not use an odd number of rollers (3 or 5) to avoid overloading and bearing failure.
