Guide Profiles for Gates on Monorail: Alpha and Delta
Forget about DIY substitutes! At "KSV Systems," we have developed professional guide profiles that replace low-quality bent angles and pipes. Install it once — and your gates will glide silently for years.

Why are our profiles better?
Our factory models feature a galvanized coating that protects the metal from corrosion. They are perfectly compatible with our range of U and V groove rollers.
Important Note on Aesthetics:
In aggressive environments (salt, chemicals), the zinc coating may darken and wear out at the point of contact with the roller over time. If aesthetics are crucial for you, the guide can be touched up with paint as the zinc wears. In indoor settings, the protective coating will maintain its original look throughout the entire service life.
Alpha Profile (U-type)
Shape: Round bar with a 15 mm diameter.
Compatibility: Ideal for U-groove rollers (also compatible with our V-groove rollers).
Load Capacity: Supports up to 500 kg. For heavier constructions, you can reinforce the Alpha profile by placing a round reinforcement bar (rebar) underneath it.

Delta Profile (V-type)
Shape: Angle shape with a height of only 13 mm.
Advantage: A perfect replacement for inconvenient standard angles. Compact and aesthetic.
Load Capacity: Rated for up to 500 kg. Can also be reinforced by placing rebar underneath for extra-heavy gates.

Secrets of Easy Installation
Installation Versatility: Adapts to Your Site
The horizontal surface of our profiles is solid, without factory pre-drilled holes. Why is this great?
- Millimeter Precision: You drill the holes exactly where you need them. For example, when installing on paving tiles, you can align the fastener strictly with the center of each tile to prevent edge cracking.
- Three Fixing Methods: The profile can be welded to embedded parts (e.g., rebar pins driven into the ground), screwed down using standard anchors, or fixed with heavy-duty metal screws.
- Post-Welding Aesthetics: If you choose the welding method, the weld spots can be easily touched up with matching paint to maintain a clean and professional look.
Option 1: Surface Mount
Can be laid directly on concrete, paving tiles, or even a lawn. No expensive concrete foundations required! For lawn installation, it is recommended to bury small concrete supports (like a paving tile) every 25 cm.
Option 2: Suspended Mount
Depending on site conditions, the monorail can be installed in a suspended state using custom mounting brackets. We recommend a distance of 25 cm between brackets.
